I posted this for the sake of the gamma-ragemonkey, Fr. Garrett, who is currently dispensing comfort to fake victims as well as doing other things that would occur in such a situation. During my jag of reading everything about bioterrorism, a bunch of issues crossed my mind -- especially, how could you hope to dispense the sacraments in the midst of a smallpox outbreak.
