Technical help

I have three Media Player files of brief video clips saved on my computer. I would really enjoy somehow posting them for other readers to view and enjoy. Do any of our readers know how to do that? How can I somehow post a Media Player file on a blog? If you can help, let me know. I'll be checking for assistance in the Comment Box.
