Christopher Nalty, a priest of New Orleans, currently working in the Vatican Congregation for the Clergy (whose parents own the tree farm where we meet each year); me; and, Fr. James Bahash, a priest from the Diocese of San Diego, who has graciously walked me through the process of cleaning the deer and removing the meat.
